Fig. 3.5: Woodstock. Milestone II. It was housed in UCT’s Dept. of Land
Surveying in the 1970s. It was offered to the SA Museum but not wanted. It
was apparently taken by Mr J. H. C. Hofmeyr, part-time lecturer in the Dept.,
to his Gordon’s Bay home. Its present whereabouts are unknown.
