egress preclude any development whatsoever.
To date a circular gravel path has been constructed around the part of the perimeter of the
open space and some seating benches have been provided; a small tarred parking area has
been laid out alongside the railway fence, more or less on the site of the row of early brick
cottages; and, private initiative has resulted in the planting of palm trees along the boundary
with the harbour property.
