skyline. Straggle of bathing boxes on strandline.
Over last 120 years infilling of empty plots and many taller buildings. Park Hotel and
grounds bought for Muizenberg Junior School (1948) centre left; hotel building demolished
in 1953. The Towers still extant; also Masonic Building. High-rise flats Cinnabar (1970),
Shell Court (1950s).
